I probably phrased it badly. I don’t know. I don’t care if I’m downvoted to the bible belt for it. I have utmost respect for someone who lays down their life for America. No matter what they’re fighting for. They aren’t the ones calling the shots. They’re the ones caught in the crossfire. They give everything for their brothers and they do it to protect America. Some die in battle. Some are forced to make decisions I will never know. It’s not just a physical battle. Anyone who experiences combat could develop PTSD. That’s almost as bad as losing limbs. They lose their minds for us. They give EVERYTHING for us.
I’m sorry for the rant. Many of my close friends are in the armed forces. I would be too but they didn’t want me because of my celiacs disease and asthma. It eats me up.
