Yeah, that’s at altitude. The difference between the Vne (do not exceed speed) and the stall speed was about 5-10 knots. Bit of a problem; too slow, and there’s not enough airspeed over the wings to sufficient lift and you stall. Too fast, and the airflow over the wings starts to separate from the wing, and, you lose lift.
As your altitude increases the difference between the two decreases due to the speed of sound also decreasing with altitude; you come closer to a supersonic flow which causes you all minds of shit.
Landing would be another bag of fun because of the huge wing aspect ratio you have lots of lift which means the plane doesn’t want to land. And, it’s really wide, and you have to keep it wings level. But you can’t see out of the cockpit because of the spacesuit helmet and limited view.
